Non-stick and odorless. It's more of a night cream with panthenol. I wouldn't use it during the day unless it's super dry. It's really nice that I can combine this retinol with retinol at night and I've experienced little to no irritation. It contains a hyralonic acid derivative, so my skin turns a little red on the days I exfoliate. I try not to use it these days. I've also seen that it's transemic acid, which is great for bleaching, on top of a healthy dose of centella asiatica. Great product and would buy again.
