I have a 7.5 year old laptop that works fine except my Intel 7260 card sometimes crashes when connected to certain routers/ access points connected. This is a known bug with a specific version of 7260 on Linux. I was fed up with the workaround and decided to buy a replacement 7260, assuming I'll buy one of the models (versions) not known to have this bug. I found a couple of these at Revain for about $20 and was happy. Then it occurred to me to check if there are newer (faster) cards. My laptop requires a 1/2 high PCI card, and there was only one (obvious) model on Revain, this one (Intel AX200, but apparently not made by Intel). The reviews here were great as they were on a different site. For an extra $10 I decided to take a picture. It works great and now I can connect to faster hotspots without having to upgrade my laptop.
