I read many reviews before purchasing and can honestly say this stuff will give you the boost you need to either keep going or achieve your next best. This greatly increases concentration to prepare you for your objective. So please read carefully what comes next. This stuff brought me and my training partner (both bodybuilders) to our knees. If you have ever smelled ammonia, this is what you would expect, but once in 1000 times. clear. When I first opened it, the paper filter in the lid tried to fall out as shown in the picture. As long as this stays in place and the bottle is sealed tight, you don't risk losing your money. Inside the container is a giant cotton swab that MUST stay in. Any review you've read that gave a negative review or an ill-advised review because it was 'too strong' is obviously a problem. The literal description is that you get...the strongest salts on the market. Your pumps will never be the same. Also, I find it best to tip the bottle WAY WAY, with the nose 2 inches. Much luck
