The product is not worth the money. For some reason it comes in powder form and not crystal form I think because they are trying to make more volume out of it to make more money. pretty useless. The power is VERY STRONG at first, but it quickly dissipates. You're better off buying individual packets that you break up and smell, or go for a bottle that comes in crystalline form. Save time and money and look elsewhere.

I usually buy a Tork nose but it never seals so I wanted to try something different. I used this today for squats, only when you open the lid can you smell the salt. This powerful material will take away all your mental barriers before the big lift, I highly recommend it especially if you need that mental edge before the big lift.
