The seller impressed me with how quickly I received the item. I ordered it on Monday and it was in my mailbox on Thursday. As for the Visio XRV1TV 3D remote, I think it's great! I have a Visio M370SL Smart TV. Strangely, this model doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard remote on the back, so you have to move the arrows on the letters to enter a search. I wasn't sure if this remote would work with my model but decided to give it a try since it was only $15.99. When I received it, I put the batteries in and pressed the power button. Everything works great. Now it's so easy to search for movie titles and also type Facebook posts on TV. My TV doesn't support 3D, so I don't use this button. But this is the only button on the remote that differs from my standard remote that came with the TV, with the exception of the keypad on the back of this model.
