This phone is just perfect for my very elderly father. The boost function works very well and the sound quality is excellent. It is very easy to program phone numbers for automatic dialing. My father now has no hearing problems for callers and we have no hearing problems. With his previous phone, he continued to accidentally press handset buttons (it was a free portable phone for the hearing impaired), to the detriment of both himself and callers. This JaxFone is easy to use and there are no unnecessary buttons to accidentally press. We are all very, very happy with this wonderful phone. It comes with easy-to-follow instructions.
