This feeder works fine. I have a closed tank with a small opening. Using the included velcro I was able to position the feeder to feed my fish while on vacation. It took me a few minutes to register the app but after closing and restarting it I was successful (I sent an email to the support team and they responded in a timely manner but I have the registration problem already solved). I was able to schedule multiple feedings per day in the app, log into the app and feed as needed. The app is easy to use and this product was a life saver during my 5 day trip. I used both granola and chips in the feed drum. It took me a few tries to get the small sliding door to dispense just the right amount of food. I have a 30 gallon crescent moon aquarium that has 4 large angels, 2 cory cats, a large plecco, a large catfish and crabs. I would recommend this product, it's lightweight and easy to use. The instructions make assembly easier. There's also a button on the feeder that you can manually press to serve the food both on the device and in the app. I love the simplicity of this feeder so I decided to use it at home too so my fish will revive the same amount of food at the same time every day. I didn't use the big seaweed biscuit as I don't feed it every day.
