I usually go hiking once a week and for a while I only wear tennis shoes with memory foam underneath. However, as I became more experienced, my campaigns became longer and more difficult. After a 12-mile hike, multiple blisters on my feet, and constant slipping along the way, I had to make a change. After wearing them for 2 months I can honestly say that these Addidas hiking shoes have revolutionized how I want my feet to feel on the trail. End of the day trip. I get incredible traction on different trails. Especially when driving downhill or in areas with loose gravel. I also haven't gotten a single blister on my feet since putting them on and I've hiked 2.15 miles. By the way, I personally like the small orange accents on the inside of the shoe sole. I love the orange color and generally most products outweigh the power shoes making them a distractingly bright orange but they provide a nice touch that my hiking partners and I find very stylish. Not sure how long they will last but after 2 months of regular hiking there are no cracks, no signs of wear, no lower link chips. I expect to get a year from them at the current rate, if not more. Also, I would recommend them to anyone who hikes regularly and is looking for a good value shoe without spending over $100 on steel toe shoes or spikes.
