Sweet, small and long lasting
Cute little lip liner. Wet for about 10 seconds, then dry, giving you a short time to change it before it dries. Once dry it almost feels sticky when you close your mouth, but that's what most matte lipsticks are anyway. Maybe apply some lip balm if that bothers you, but the color is beautiful and you don't need 20 coats to make it come alive.
