I ordered the floor mats and trunk for a number of reasons. 1) To store my new floor mats in case I sell the car, 2) to protect the interior from water, dirt, etc. I like that Mazda has reduced the protrusions under the pedals, which reduces the chance of your foot hitting the mat when shifting from the gas pedal to the brake pedal and vice versa, as their description states, allows the mat to stick to the floor more easily , especially in the area of the gas pedal. I am very happy with both the mats and the Cargo Liner and would highly recommend them. Saved boxes for storing mats.
