Review on Geeni Multicolor Compatible Smart Assistant by Megan Lewis

I'm having so much trouble getting it to work. Contacted Amazon and Geeni. Revain is of little use as it is not their product. Geeni sent an email saying they saw my issue and sent a support ticket but nothing more. I've tried quick connect and AP mode but it just won't connect. I had an older version which was also tricky but finally worked. Then for some reason my wife manually turned it on and off and reset it. UPDATE 2021: They finally worked and it was fun playing with the colors. The techies said I had to put them in an incandescent bulb and wire them up one by one; time consuming but it worked. From time to time they will get out of sync and appear offline while the lightbulb is on. so a bulb or two will stick around for a couple of weeks (until they magically come back online), unless I want to take the time to reset each bulb on that switch. If you only have a bulb or two it may be worth it, but there are better options.
