Works perfectly. As soon as I could finally connect it to my wifi, ie.

It was quite difficult to set up as the light only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi and our router runs primarily on 5GHz like most modern routers. I didn't realize this when I bought the bulb, but every other option seems to work equally well, so make sure you know how (or even can) switch frequencies on your router before attempting it set up. 2021 update: getting worse and worse

I'm having so much trouble getting it to work. Contacted Amazon and Geeni. Revain is of little use as it is not their product. Geeni sent an email saying they saw my issue and sent a support ticket but nothing more. I've tried quick connect and AP mode but it just won't connect. I had an older version which was also tricky but finally worked. Then for some reason my wife manually turned it on and off and reset it. I LOVE THESE LIGHTS! My boyfriend got me a pair for my birthday and I've since bought another one. They need time to set up, so don't get discouraged. I used a mode where they had to be toggled on and off about 6 times to trigger a slow blink and this helped connect to the application. I like the colors and the dimming function in white light mode. If you're savvy with themes, you should spend a little more money on Hue lights, but if you're happy with the color wheel and dimming feature…
