My daughter found the Princess Peach winter hat so of course my son wanted a Bowser hat but I couldn't find it anywhere. I found this patch and bought a regular orange stocking hat. I gently ironed the patch with a slightly stretched cap (I was afraid that if the cap was stretched it would come off the patch). The heat of the iron actually caused the area of the hat I was ironing to remain stretched, but I wanted it anyway! He wore the hat all winter last year and the patch is still in great shape and sticks in place (even though I've only washed it a couple of times).
