Review on Carmex Lip balm Classic tube by Anastazja Chteinman ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.

When I saw this balm in duty free, I couldn't resist picking it up after reading so many positive reviews of it online. As soon as I opened it, I was filled with dread since the balm smelled and tasted exactly like a traditional Korean "asterisk," which I vividly remember from my youth. Nonetheless, it was clear after only one trip to the icy street that this treatment for chapped lips is analogous to a cozy and attractive coat. It left lips glossy, silky, and moisturized, in addition to looking incredibly nice. After that, I altered it so that I could use it as a workout outfit, and ever since then, I've been in complete and utter bliss. Despite the fact that I drink a cup of water after each set of my workout, the effects of Carmex do not wear off while I am working out. Because it is completely clear and does not have any colours in it, it is quite simple to clean up around the edges. In addition, it maintains the state of my lips when my go-to drugstore lip balm, Belweder, has been overly dry due to the use of conditioners, strenuous aerobics, etc. I prefer to wear something brighter when I'm out and about, but the Carmex balm is exactly appropriate for when I need to seem professional. And the aroma and flavor do not bother me in the least; as one of the earlier speakers pointed out, correctly, you get used to them with time and are able to block them out.

Pros
  • Instantly and completely eliminates any issues with the skin of the lips; its effects are long-lasting.
Cons
  • a fragrance and a flavor that are very distinctive.
