5 stars. I've been doing intense platinum highlights every 6 months for over 3 years. This material turns my hair almost blue-purple-grey after washing. I do NOT recommend leaving this on for more than 3 or 4 minutes. This will literally give your hair a very blue/purple hue. It will wash out and heat up again after a few washes, but it will scare the hell out of you at first. It didn't bother me too much because my stylist told me to be careful how long I left it on. In fact, she asked me if I had been somewhere else since she last saw me, because my hair wasn't copper colored and looked like it was just highlighted every time I washed it. I only use a deep conditioner once a week to help with my peaks. All in all a great article. I only use once/twice a week and have had this bottle for 6 weeks. It's a lot cheaper to buy through Amazon than at a local salon or from Sally. Smaller bottles at 20.00 and 10 oz. This one is more than twice the size and I got it for 28 with a few modifications. Good product. Will keep buying.
