Decent stereo. The sound is sometimes interrupted.

I really liked this stereo. Sound quality is good and my cheap Boss speakers sound great. It has a 3 channel EQ which is average for car stereos but 3 LOUD settings boost the bass. It has a subwoofer with adjustable filters, so I'm looking forward to hooking up the bazooka to it. The display is adjustable, so you can customize the colors and brightness to your liking. Other Pioneers make it easier to customize the colors with more presets, but I had trouble matching the colors to my dashboard and that's it. Bluetooth is pretty good, but it's difficult to switch between different phones. It seems that only the newest device is paired automatically, the others need to be paired forcibly. Sometimes the sound cuts out for a second, sometimes not. This is strange, but not always a problem. The connection quality is good. Callers may tell me I'm using speakerphone, but it's usually easy to keep a conversation going. I decided to add another microphone to my Jeep for voice calls.
