I know the panel generates electricity. I can test that with a voltmeter. But there is nothing to say about the claim that he is a "desulfator". The controller included in the panel does not have a method to evaluate whether the product is working. There is no pressure gauge, no meter, not even an LED to indicate that the power is being generated by the panel and the controller is controlling the flow. Given that LEDs are inexpensive, for what you're paying for this device it should play music and light up. like a rock concert when it's on.
