Review on MUYI 2 05Inches Motorcycle Filters Kawasaki by Hank Mistretta

First, I love the look of these pod filters. Their design of the filter itself is top notch. It's way more durable than the standard crappy airbox filter. At 3,000 miles I was doing maintenance on my moped and removed the air box cover to clean and re-lube the filter and it broke up and stuck together in the air box! Sounds awful I know. These filters help to let in more air. My moped got louder, but not by much in my opinion. It also causes your engine to rev less, requiring you to adjust the carburetor idle screw to rev it a little higher. Also, I do NOT recommend running this directly from your carb! The design of the pod filter blocks the intake ports on the carburetor, which can cause the carburetor to stall. What I did was leave the old intake chamber attached to the carb, then detach a piece of beveled PVC pipe from it, and then attach a canister filter to the end of the PVC pipe.
