Great choice for outdoor showers. The riser/gooseneck length is quite short as others have noted, but the 1/2"12" electroplated nipple that connects to the coupler allowed me to adjust it to the normal height for controls and sees still good looking. (A chrome-plated brass nipple costs at least 6 times as much). If you're not familiar enough with plumbing to know that you absolutely must use Teflon tape or pipe lube on the threads, you can leave the installation to a professional. I turned the faucet body over to plumb it from underneath, it's easy to do, and the unused side fill plug fits in both. Superb molding quality, just the right finish for a rustic floor. As we are on a fountain I removed the small o-ring in the shower head before installing and the flow is excellent even though I only installed it with 1/2" CPVC.
