I required service/support for one of the 6 foot cables that would not accept a connection if fully connected within the first year of ownership. Don't worry, sometimes cables from all manufacturers fail prematurely. Follow up support is key and AkoaDa has been great, at least in my situation. I contacted AkoaDa customer service and explained the problem with the cable. They quickly sent a replacement after confirming the details of my Revain order.
