If you use them on a brick and mortar website they should work great. If you plan on moving what you're sticking them to frequently, then the material of your object is crucial. I use them on a plastic laptop (Asus x501a, in case anyone cares what plastic it is) and a rubber foot probably falls in my pocket once a week. They're still sticking, so the glue is relatively stretchy, but it's not suitable for the laptop's plastic material. Once the glue doesn't work together I'll sand down the stain on the laptop with coarse sandpaper and use the glue, it shouldn't be a problem.
