**TOTAL GARBAGE** The screen saver keeps turning on and off while driving for unknown reasons. Had to reset date/time on (3) occasions since ownership (one month). The support phone number and reply is absolutely ridiculous. First, they never answer the phone and have an AV/M directing the paying customer to text the issue to the same phone number. Second, I sent a message and received a reply within (4) hours with no help. They do not care? No (but they got their money). Spend a little more money and get the Vantrue Pro N2. Update: 12/12/20 (less than 3 months after purchase) The camera is completely dead and not working. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA! (Update) 10/28/20: Constant on/off, factory reset persists so default date is set to 1/1/19. If it doesn't toggle on/off, the screensaver keeps reloading. complete junk, don't buy this DVR again. Spend an extra $30-$40 on the Vantrue Pron M2.
