Missing parts best in shock absorbers, struts and suspension

The product was delivered without accessories (nut, oiler, cotter pin, rubber boot). Had asked Muga to just send a package with parts that should have been included. A request to Mugu went unanswered. Will go back and get a competitor's product as Moog obviously doesn't care about their products being left unfinished.
