ZERO quality control. There was a stain on the collar that was immediately visible when I opened the package. It should never have been posted. ZERO customer service. Good luck getting an answer if you have a problem like I had. In addition to the lack of customer service, the collar was a major disappointment. The length/shape doesn't look good. The white tips are VERY short and directed towards the shoulders.
