User turned off the device to get the sound
The sound is great, the video is great except for this: every day I have to turn off the device to get the sound. This is unacceptable as I did not have this problem with the VX-485 device. I did an extensive web search and found that most users have this problem. Firmware updated, the problem remained. The workaround is to buy an extension cord with a switch and every morning I press the switch and then there is a beep. I wouldn't recommend this device at all unless you don't mind toggling the switch off and on
