I'm not saying this product doesn't work. Despite this, I go to the dentist every year. I don't drink coffee or eat foods that leave stains. I still see stains, even though I brush my teeth every time I feel like they're dirty, year-round. I didn't see a big difference. However, I find that it cleans teeth quite well after meals. I have a feeling it helps with plaque build up.
