Easy to apply, solid construction, stays in place and makes the headset easy to clean! The forehead and back of the headrests remain attached thanks to small tabs that fit into the clips that also secure the padding (luckily easy to remove). The silicone finish is simply a function of the depth of the foam, not the use of a tab or glue. I haven't had a case of it accidentally detaching or slipping when putting on or taking off the headset. I was concerned as there weren't any reviews yet, but I really wish ALL the pads had silicone cases, not just face foam because VR can be very sweaty. TL;DR These covers work great and are worth it if you want all your pads covered and not smelly afterwards!
