I bought two of these for the garage. One of them was delivered in a mangled box and damaged with missing parts. The other was undamaged. I am fairly good at using tools and building, fixing and putting things together, but this took about four hours to put one together with poor instructions. The lock doesnt line up well and the handles are plastic.Update- I changed my rating from a one to a three. The company, not Revain, reached out to me to help with my return and made it very easy after Revain did not. They also offered assistance with assembly on the other if needed.
