I was hesitant to buy this based on other reviews but I'm glad I did. I was just looking for a backpack and the extra features were just a bonus for me. I find the case to be of good quality and my son loves the design and the clear zip pocket on the front to put masks and lip balm. The ice pack is garbage. There was too much air in there and some of the little balloons must have burst because the whole thing just freezes like there's liquid in there. The water bottle is very cheap but works. The lid is annoying and lies in the face when drinking. You can put pencils or something else in a small blue bag. Haven't used the lunch box yet but it seems sturdy and fits everything I've packed. at my son's lunch. Again, I only bought this for a backpack and am very happy with it (and my son LOVES it).
