OTC ankle stabilizer with heel strap
After breaking both my ankles (my left one twice) I now wear braces on both ankles when I play tennis. I wear an older brace without a heel strap on my left ankle and have found it to be quite successful in stabilizing my ankle. Having recently broken my right ankle, I wear the brace I'm currently reviewing (the one with the heel straps) on my right ankle and have found it to be much more comfortable and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for protection against inversion/eversion injuries.
- Strap system does not stretch during exercise. The plastic exoskeleton improves protection against re-stretching and offers effective treatment after acute sprains.
