I like their approach towards business development for my clients - they really understand what works! They are very transparent about pricing & deliverables so there's no surprises at end when things don't work out as expected or budget was exceeded (which happens).
It can be difficult sometimes getting them onboard because you're not working with one person but rather several people within different departments who may have conflicting ideas/approaches that make collaboration more challenging than if everything were in place from start off. This has been an ongoing challenge since day 1 which isn’t ideal especially considering how small this niche market actually exists compared to other niches where everyone knows each others' roles etc., however still important nonetheless given time constraints involved here & limited resources available overall.
