Review on πŸ”ͺ Freud Dia Miter Shank 99 034: Precision Cutting Tool for Accurate Miters by Badpuppy Warton

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Come on, 5mm plywood.

This is an overview of the Adjustable Railing and Ceiling Mount with 1/2" Shaft (99-762). Years with them and they still cut. But as my woodworking knowledge has grown so has my frustration with the 5mm adjustability, which is a bit too tedious to associate closely with this plywood. So you have some trouble painting where that gap is large enough to prevent the paint's surface tension from crossing the gap and where it is. This is how small bridges are formed. There are a few things you need to do: use a half layer and an undercut, which is fine and makes the door stronger, but not always what you want to do, like when making a linen closet door. You can caulk, but you don't have to, and one day you'll worry. It will crack. Or, here's my solution, cut the cereal box into strips and fold them in half, leaving the shiny part on the outside. Take a spatula and insert them into the slot from the back so they move forward. Then glue the back. Yes, you'll never win big woodworking awards with this, but sometimes all you need is white doors over the washing machine in the closet that aren't an eyesore, this will help. But unfortunately I have to dock the star because I feel like a European madman, but I have to adjust to 5mm. Too bad because I love these beats. But I feel like Freud needs to read this review and make adjustments if they ever come up with a new model.
