YES - this is a totally honest "old school" review from someone who actually paid for this product and used it without any incentive 😆 (that's how I drive) Comes very securely in a sturdy box, each cup is individual packed in paper and then in bubble wrap. I've looked online for many of these mug sets for my new Nespresso machine and they were the best for the price. I also like that they fold up and take up less closet space. They're great quality, double walled so they don't get hot when you hold them in a full cup of espresso and so far we've really enjoyed them. I washed them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they turned out great. I am very happy with the purchase - also a guarantee in the box. A++ UPDATE: I've been using them every day for over a month now, washed them in the dishwasher many times and they're still like new :)
