Pretty good with a few minor issues

Lots of cables but pretty easy to set up. I managed to keep the whole setup clean thanks to the box I put under the table and some ties. My setup consists of two docking stations, one HP and another Surface Pro. Wired mouse and wireless keyboard. Everything worked fine at first, but after a week there were three minor issues with this KVM that can get annoying over time. I mention those that have already happened at least twice in the last week. So the first case just happened it's 'uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu this happened next time it just happened again it would be annoying if it would happen when I click on a link to create a new mail or open a new browser window. The second problem occurs whenever I unplug my Surface Pro. When reconnecting to the docking station, the keyboard and mouse did not work. I had to unplug the USB cable between the docking station and the KVM switch. I have to undock and redock at least a few times a week so it can become a chore. The third problem is related to the HP docking station. If I stayed too long on the Surface Pro tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt and the HP laptop would turn off the screen but not go into sleep mode, the monitors would black out and stay blank. Disconnecting/reconnecting the monitor cables between the docking station and the switch did not help. I had to restart my laptop to recover. But when the laptop goes to sleep or hibernate, everything is fine. One more point, a few notes on setup and operation could be added to the instructions: - Make sure you connect the wired USB cable from the switch to each of the PCs. - Double click on Scroll Lock and then press 1 or 2 instead of switching ScrLck+ScrLck+ 1/2. I figured it was just an erroneous double-entry on ScrLck and that I had to hold both the ScrLck key and 1 or 2 at the same time. It took me a few tries to figure it out. But overall it was much better since I don't have to constantly switch monitor cables and select monitor input since my monitors don't have automatic input detection. *** UPDATE 06/20/2020 Very responsive, great support. After several troubleshooting attempts, they sent me a replacement unit. Update on: - Fixed the issue with the HP docking station monitor freezing. - My wireless keyboard was replaced with a Microsoft Ergonomic Wired Keyboard (model LXM). The key overflow problem is gone. But with this keyboard, hotkey switching doesn't work. Confirmed incompatibility. - Fixed keyboard/mouse freezing when undocking/re-docking SurfacePro by simply plugging the USB connection into a different USB port on the docking station. - When undocking/re-docking the SurfacePro, it must be in sleep mode before redocking, otherwise it may not see both monitors at times. - My wireless keyboard was replaced with a Microsoft Ergonomic Wired Keyboard (model LXM).
