Was fairly easy to install, you may need another person to assist while you do the wiring, but overall pretty easy. It looks amazing. You can align the lamp sockets by up to 90°. Add some filament LEDs and you have a stylish light. Have used this to replace a halogen bulb in the kitchen and it is just as bright with 2 x 10w leds and looks a lot better and saves energy.
