I like how easy it was for our team members to learn. Our employees are able to access their own and other's PMI screens without any training. This has been very helpful in keeping everyone up-to-date on what they need to do each day. There wasn't anything that really stood out as being bad about this product. If you have people who don't want to be trained or don't know how to use certain functions then this can cause issues. We've had an easier time managing inventory and getting better reports of all of our PMIs.
