This was a replacement for the old FS-Profi 2 that gave up the Ghost for good. I bought another FS but sent it back as it looked cheap. It's very compact and I love the fact that the handle is "lockable" so you can carry/move it without worrying about it popping open like my old FS. I wish it had a built in bag cutter and vacuum hose but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. (I still have a hose from the FS). We'll see how long this lasts as this is a new model from the company, but if it's similar to their current (and much more reliable/expensive) models it should last a decent amount of time. My brother was visiting and thought this would be perfect for his RV so he will be ordering too!
