In the beginning it was very difficult to reduce a strip to the right size. A pin wouldn't come out and it took all 3 tooltips to try to free it. contacted the company and their response was to send a new tool from China. exact words. When I replied that I doubt it would work, but if it was their decision, they replied that they would send a new group and removal tool. ok but after wearing another strap for a few days my skin was covered with this rash which is not very comfortable. I don't know what they're made of, but whatever it was, I had a reaction to it. I wouldn't buy it if you have sensitive skin which I don't have.
