Edit: Shankly did the right thing with me so their customer service is excellent. The 17mm head is not as good as the rest of the set. The thin wall broke when removing the 17mm wheel bolt from the new Jetta. Shouldn't have been a problem but it broke on the second screw. Big sizes have held up so far, but I'm very disappointed with the weakness of the 17mm.
