I'm sooooo mad at this car. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE NO STARS! I had read some great reviews about the product before ordering, but I knew there were some reviews that said the machine didn't work. Literally. NOT that it didn't "help the pain," but that it NEVER WORKED or stopped WORKING after a few uses. I assumed these were separate events and trusted that I would have a positive experience. I was stuck in a chair 5 days ago due to a back injury. I've been to my chiropractor and will make another observation tomorrow, but thought this massager would help in the meantime between sessions. He arrived a few minutes ago. My daughter fetched it from the front door, unpacked it and put it in. I pushed the ON button and all it did was light ☝ UP! I tried every button and read the instructions 4 times with no help! IT DON'T DO WHAT IT LIGHTS! Are you kidding? Of course I will return it, but this is more than a $$$ problem! I was trying to endure the pain between chiropractic sessions until this device got here and that when it arrived it DOESN'T WORK is totally unacceptable! They MUST be tested before packaging! How was it sent to the buyer in the first place?!? Strange! I'll update my review when it "miraculously" starts working. But don't hold your breath! I will update my review once the company contacts me about returning this product.
