The device is sufficient. The people on the other end of the line tell me it still sounds like I'm in a tunnel. When I received the device I sent the warranty card which was returned to me stating that the address on the warranty card was no longer active. This one told me that I must have the old model. I've tried contacting Polycom customer support multiple times just to get an address to mail a warranty card to, but their phone system made me go through 8 voicemail screens and still no one is alive . I gave up and threw the car away.
