Very useful for keeping track of events and meetings

I like how simple it was once set up but there are some features i dont use as often such as reminders or availability checkers etc.
The basic functionality works well enough though! It does not have many bells & whistles unfortunately however thats what makes this one stand out compared to similar apps - its very bare bones yet still has most functions you would need (such as reminder emails). We used it primarily just because we could see everything at glance rather than having multiple tabs opened across our other schedulings systems.

Pros

Ease off setting up, easy accessability for users with little training / experience in scheduling software..I find myself using YOCALE more so then any others that my colleagues may be utilizing which is always good when they ask me about different options available.it's also much faster too boot :)
