Because my optometrist recommended I wear an eye mask at night when I sleep under a fan, the mask strap started breaking my chin length thin blonde hair (above the gray) as it comes up my head. .. as I turn back and forth. I tried wearing a satin sleep scarf that the YouTube video said was tied, but it kept slipping off my head early in the night.
