I bought an envirolet vacuflush low water holding porcelain drying cabinet with an outdoor composter. Two years later, when the seal was leaking and the toilet wouldn't hold water, I tried to get the part from Sancor. They didn't have the part and they sent me to a number in Florida that didn't have the part. Went back to Sancor and spoke to Frank, the guy who emailed him the request. It was at this point that I realized I had to unscrew the plastic rim and metal clip to remove the bowl. This toilet requires a two-piece seal. I went to Amazon and took a chance and yes it was the right choice. It cost about $25 but easily followed the great instructions on the box which I couldn't find in Manuel or YouTube. I take a second one to have on hand if I find it going bad. I also bought lube, just not sure if it's safe for home use in a composting toilet. This appears to be a new article as of 01/18/19. Just in time to fix a big problem with too much water not evaporating properly. Wanted to leave a review to hopefully help someone like me, a 62 year old retiree or anyone else who would consider this option. I bought it from Lowes but they don't know anything. I'm so happy to finally get this part.
