I live in the country and have vehicles and garden equipment with tires that need to be inflated. I ordered this pump because it has 2 cylinders and is therefore more powerful. I need to inflate big tires and while they don't say it's good for a light truck, I use it for that and have had no problems. According to the instructions, you shouldn't run longer than 10 minutes at a time. If you do this, pause for 10 to allow the cylinders to cool before continuing. It has an easy to read top number with a useful 'set and forget' number of psi - say 35 - so you can hook up a pump to your tire and do other things while it inflates knowing that it turns off automatically. The sturdy carrying handle can be folded out to the side so that you can work with the sensor. I love that the standard "cigarette plug" has an alligator clip adapter so you can plug it straight into a 12v battery. Tip: When I first used it, I put it in a battery but the pump wouldn't turn on. In the end I decided I had to flip the connector socket over the cigarette lighter plug to get a good connection. The problem is solved. There is a bright built in LED flashlight in case you need to inflate a tire at night, with its own on/off switch. You will receive several adapters for water and sport inflatable boats as well as camping mattresses. You also get a bright yellow coiled air hose extension. Cozy. At first I thought they left the end because there was no tire holder. Then I realized you need to bolt this to the stem, either a black air hose or a molded yellow extension.
