This cookware is amazing! Copper is so beautiful, I almost hate cooking with it because I want it to always look this beautiful. They heat up quickly and definitely deliver restaurant-quality results. These pans are of such high quality, the food glides like an ice rink and little to no cleaning is required. They're pretty light, but I like the large stainless steel handles that give me a secure feel. This is a great set that has everything you need. Each item also comes with a lid, which is not usually found in most sets. My only complaint is that there were some minor imperfections such as small chips. It's okay, but I just hope the inner coating doesn't start cracking or scratching. Highly recommended.
