Adapters are weak and break

Adapters break within two weeks. If you leave it too loose it will wobble, twist and shear off the adapter. If you tighten it enough that it doesn't rotate, it will break in two with only one piece inside. Now I'm going to try my luck with teflon tape as it's too late to send it back.
