I would give positive feedback if I could. I really would. I believe and support electrolysis. I have done it and I encourage others to try. This is a more environmentally friendly hair removal method than many methods. And not as painful as expected when done properly. Unfortunately, I can only rate this product with one star. The reason for this is that the actual device it is used on is utterly useless when it comes to what it describes. Thus, the package with them that I bought from him is also useless. To make matters worse, I've already passed the 30 day window. Now I can't return them even though they haven't been opened. Donating them won't work as I can't donate the car that comes with them because it's very poorly designed. What I was hoping for as an advantage ends up in the landfill. Very very sad. I only wish manufacturers would stop making a product that almost nobody enjoys using.
