Did not meet delivery promise, arrived two weeks after initial promise. Seller no help, said delivery up to Best Buy. Assembly directions very sketchy and incomplete, diagrams even worse. Had to redirill bolt holes as they would not line up, but not a major issue. No instructions for battand battery indicator fell apart. I glued it together.Works like a charm going up hills and can be wild going downhill. Dragging rear posts help with control.Paint lasted one load, flaked off in sheets, throttle control stopped working and once in contact with primary company was told to send a video. Not getting a response and a $600 hunk of chinese steel sits in my garage.If I ever get it running again I will install a rear wheel to help going uphill. Would greatly improve the ergoetrics and save my back!Used first time and paint in tube sloughed off in sheets. Then throttle stopped working and hand to jump through hoops with service people asking for videos a couple of times. Then replacement delivery dates missed.Now, several years later after light usage it stopped working again and can't find service phone number.!Grrrrrr!When it worked it was great . Best Buy, if you're listening, who can l call and where for service help?
