When this arrived I was really impressed with how well it was packed into a very heavy cardboard box and all the padding inside the box protected it better than the shipping box used to protect it my desktop computer when that was shipped. The assembly was easy to do because there were few parts to put together. All the bolts and nuts are the same size so using the correct bolt and nut was a no-brainer. Awesome. This is such a great unit. I use it to move 240 lb loads of dirt around my property (six 40 lb bags per load). Battery lasts the duration of my outdoor work. Very stable because of the two wheels, and doesn't make ruts in soft soil like heavier equipment. Easy to assemble and well packed for shipping.

My husband purchased this for me. I guess he was tired of listening to me complain about my back hurting. We live in the rainy PN. I have horses. Mucking their stalls in the wet mud was taking a toll on me. This wheelbarrow goes thru the mud with no effort on my part. It's quiet, doesn't spook them. Looking forward to using it in the yard. I bought this for an 82 year old friend of mine. He still gardens. He put it together and loves it. I was told that there were to many long bolts and no short bolts. He says it is well balanced. We unloaded compost for about 3 hours and the battery held up better than we did. Worth the money if you use it much.

I Love the design and construction. Grade 8 nuts and bolts (4 each) must be used to secure the drive train to the support tubes. No other issues. Everything else is perfect!

Haven't used it much yet. Seems to be solidly made and worked first time. BUT - The assembly instructions are terrible and I had to widen a few holes to get the last bolts to fit. It does try (not easy) to get a very 3 dimensional item to have all the holes line up. It came half assembled (nice) but the final step of putting on the handles and battery pack just didn't line up. There are NO operating instructions on how to use switches or battery charging do's and don'ts. Not online either.

Instructions are not good.The reversing switch was damaged.The plate holding the handles together did not even fit at all, had to drill new holes.Seems to perform good,Haven't done any heavy work yet.After having this wheelbarrow for a while I can say that it works well. No trouble with it yet. It is a little slower than usual walking speed but it does allow my wife to carry a heavier than usual amount of material and the dual wheels help with the balance.
